IXL Learning Engineering Development Manager interview questions

I had a short call with the recruiter, followed by a manager. It went well. Then I had a call with a technical guy for some technical questions. He is a junior guy and is very nice. By the time I talked to him on the phone, I had changed my mind and decided not to leave my current position. So, I wasn't trying hard to answer his questions and so I didn't answer some of those questions. I think the questions are all from a book. Anyone who has read the book could have answered those questions. This is perhaps a weakness of the interview process
