First step was interview with HR. I was asked about my present situation. How soon can I join if offered. Interview time best suited to my availability. Next phase was interview with CEO. the interview lasted about one hour. My previous experience was asked about and technical questions were asked specific to my previous work and probably personality analysis was also done.
