I made a web-application for a position as a technical help desk assistant and IT consultant.
About a week after applying I received a phone call from their consultant manager who wanted to meet me in person. We arranged a meeting that was to occur the next day at noon.
The meeting was very relaxed and quite brief, the whole thing including interview and presentation was over in just about 30-40 minutes. The consultant manager was very polite, professional and asked very relevant questions for the position. He seemed to quickly apprehend who I was and asked some questions about my background and connected them with relevant responsibilities demanded by the position.
