Interview
After receiving a recommendation from one of the company's employees, an email was sent with the date and time for the technical interview and arrangements were made. After the technical interview was completed, feedback was given from the interviewer, who noted that if accepted, a task would be sent to her. A task was then sent to her as a tester using the technology required for their profession. A final HR interview was then conducted. The job offer was then emailed, detailing all the details, and the contract was completed on the specified date.

Interview
There was no interview process, the director just called me explaining the business of the company without asking what is my technical skills and after one day, the HR manager called me asking for my current & expected salary and my notice period and she considered this call as an HR interview.
