Interview process was professional, first meeting was online and rather general conversation about experiences, second meeting was personal with a situation role play and further explanations about the position and main expectations.

I received a description of a situation and a role with different stakeholders I needed to communicate with, after the role play they shared a real life dilemma and I was asked about possible solutions
