Entrevista con el jefe de operaciones, fue muy amable, presentó la organización y su historia. Luego hablamos un poco de mi para posteriormente terminar hablando del puesto, sus responsabilidades y las habilidades que se requerían.
Round table discussion with owner asking questions and employees asking assisting questions. Questions are situational, personality, and technical. They sent my offer within 24 hours of the interview. After signing a non-compete agreement, I was given a company issued laptop and trained on company software and policies.
