HR doesn't share the process and expectations on the recruitment process. A new person reaches out for different reasons and different stages - without giving the candidate a context or background. Whenever I reach out to clarify and ask, there's no response. However they were quick to send you an email if they need something from you. Communication seems one-way this way..
Here's the process as far as I know:
- You'll be asked to fill a screening form with your information and some of their 'technical' questions about the job and your experience to filter candidates.
- You'll be invited for an online assessment (this is a group online exam but they won't let you know, I was just surprised when I joined the meeting)
- You'll be invited to do a panel interview (probably if they like what they see in your assessment)
