Walk into the Warehouse, warehouse manager takes you in to his office and interviews you. Probably took less than 10 minutes overall. Asked previous experience and explained the couple of benefits, also they offer free lunch on Fridays.
Straight forward, if they're hiring you will be more likely to get hired. Simple questions are being ask about previous experience or related experience. Not much IT experience if in warehouse, cannot side for the actual IT department
Easy interview, if positions need fill they will hire you. It also really helps if you've been recommended by someone already working at the company. I did not get recommended but have seen others been hired as such.
