It’s pathetic.
There is no culture. They schedule interview and interviewer doesn’t come on time.
1st they tell there will be 3 rounds then they say they will take just 1 round and again after 2 days they share they will take 2 rounds.
Finally HR says she will call in 2 days for salary discussion and then there is no communication for 1 week.
Then suddenly they wake up and ask to join immediately when at the initial phase only the notice period was communicated.
