I was asked to answer online questions. I was then given 3 interviews. One was over the phone and two in person followed by online testing. I first spoke with the office manager and then CEO of the company. All was relaxed but inquisitive. I was asked to sign an NDA.

Very nice, Talked to different workers and was asked many questions about my experience and some personal traits. Liked the atmosphere a lot, was in a very nice room with couches so felt more relaxed and performed better than expected, cause wasn't stressed too much. Got a full time offer instead of unpaid internship position.
