I was contacted to schedule my interview through the University Career Center. After scheduling, the firm reached out directly to invite me to a night-prior. The interview was two 15-minute back to back behavioral interviews. The interviews were very uncomfortable, and felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. The personalities I saw during the night-prior did not reflect interview styles.

I experienced on-campus recruiting when I met ISN at the Business Career Fair at Oklahoma State. Then, I applied online, attended a company meet & greet, and had a 15 minute first-round interview. Next, I got invited to the second round interview which is a two-day process in-office at ISN in Dallas.
