Interview
They have 2 phases, one where they come to your campus for an interview and then if they like you they fly you out to Dallas for the weekend. I felt like one of the big factors when hiring college student you have to be a fit for the company culture. It almost feels like you have to be Greek to move on. The interview itself was really simple. 15 minutes and they asked you tell them about yourself, hobbies and interest. Then from that they would ask simple question about your resume. Also make sure to ask questions and do a little research on the company so that they know you're interested and bring up a few of your findings, that really made my interviewer interested.

Interview
The process very laid back. I met the recruiters at my college career fair, and they gave me a call the night before about interviewing the next day. The interview lasted a little more than 15 minutes, and that was me asking them questions. The questions were personal, and to see if you would be fit with their work culture. I thought it went really well, but received an email the following day saying they were moving on to other candidates.

Interview
On-campus interview, meeting with current associates and the president of the company. Two sets of approximately 15 minute interviews in an informal conversational setting, 2 on 1. Interviewers were nice and friendly. They asked standard questions about the company, my interest in the company, details about my resume and experiences, etc.
