They wine and dine you at the college campus by taking you to a meet and greet at a bar/restaurant where there are plenty of attractive individuals that will also be interviewing with good GPAs, and excellent interpersonal skills. ISN does a great job at making their company seem like a highly sought after company to work for.
Once you pass that round they invite you to their corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX with around 1,000 individuals with those similar characteristics. Once again, they wine and dine you with a meet and greet. The next day they do a speed dating type interview round where you spend 2-3 minutes with various executives.
I asked a lot of questions of current employees to see what their day-to-day activities were. It is a call center plain and simple. You have to work Saturdays and are expected to work late. Even if you make it to the account manager level, your job is to travel and basically pitch and beg for new business.
To individuals who are highly motivated and driven BEWARE. This is a call center job, not a career.
