ISG interview questions

Initial screening interview was canceled the night before it was scheduled, then rescheduled for the following week. The scheduling process was straightforward; everything was handled through a general inbox rather than direct communication with an individual. The interview was conducted via Teams call. The interviewer kept their camera off and recorded the session without providing advance notice or asking for consent. The conversation lasted about 30 minutes and felt disjointed. The interviewer seemed unprepared with follow-up questions and had limited knowledge about the BIM team's day-to-day operations, which made it difficult to get substantive answers about the role itself. The interviewer indicated she would connect with the BIM team to share my background and follow up within one week. The following week, I received a generic rejection email from the general inbox with no explanation for the decision.

The interview process went well. Unfortunately, I wasn't hired, but I respect their organization and how they ran their process. They even provided a reason for why I wasn't hired, which I belive can help many job seekers in their journey.
