I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IRL (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2021
Interview
I had to do 6 interviews and a long test that took days, so you would think I would receive feedback about the test I submitted. But no. The hiring manager never said another word even though they had directly reached out to me and asked me to apply.
And the recruitment team was very hard to reach. They scheduled my interviews on short notice after I emailed them to see what was going on. They realized that they had forgotten about me. I followed up with them afterwards to hear what next steps were, but never got a reply. Weeks later I received a mass email that they had sent out to all the applicants they rejected.
The interview process and emailing them to get my interviews lined up wasted a lot of time and energy for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IRL (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Process was simple, nothing much technical. Technical round was like HR call. Ended up with rejection, feedback was they were looking for someone very technical. Not sure how they summaries technical skill, with a 15min coding challenge, in which they made me build 2 buttons and render a texts on click.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Render multiple buttons, on click render different texts.

Interview
The interviewer is nice and patient, not much technical questions. The company is currently remote for all staffs, so it will be good if you are seeking this kind of work type.
