No company had a better process than IQVIA in my experience. Good process. Call with HR, followed by meeting with manager and then co-worker and Sales manager in unit. Everyone was friendly, atmosphere seemed supportive. They spent most time telling me about the job before firing the questions away. No trick questions, all made sense given the job. I did not get the position, but I believe hiring manager left company and position may have been deprioritized.
