Very straightforward. First an intro call which focused on behavioral aspects. Then there was the first case round. It was like any other consulting cases where they presented you with a problem and you had to develop a framework and justify your thought process. No right or wrong answer

3 Round Interview Process - Generally very casual - 1st round was basically the decisive round - Nothing technical, mostly company fitting and personal interest in the company / position - 2nd Round was more of an opportunity for me to ask questions regarding the company / position - 3rd Round was the most stringent, had difficulty however ended up positively - Questions were more on personal ambitions going forward and how I can contribute to the company from it - All were 1 v 1 interviews - All were conducted in Japanese (however I was asked whether Japanese or English was preferred) - Depending on your interviewer your mileage will vary greatly
