El contacto con el personal de RH fue bueno pero su proceso interno es muy tardado, por lo que el solicitante se queda en incertidumbre. Tambien se aplicaron examenes siendo un proceso igualmente tardado.

Interview
Clear, straightforward interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, experience in start up phase of clinical research, etc.). Response was quick after application and and offer was sent within the week. There was a primary interview with HR, and then a virtual interview with two line managers. Mostly, the interview felt more like a discussion than a standard "Interviewer asks a question and interviewee gives an answer".
