I applied through my campus Placements from a reputed college. The Company took very long for the whole process (almost 1 month). First round was of Aptitude which consisted of 4 sections with fixed timings for each section and was able to move around with questions. It included English, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative , Data Interpretations. The company took around 2 weeks to declare the shortlisted candidates. Then we were told that the candidates will have 1~3 interviews based on performance and for tie-breaker. I completed my interview which had questions from all aspects - Resume based questions, situation based questions, Guesstimates, puzzles (usually logical and based on probability), etc. Partial results were announced in 2-3 days and few candidates were eliminated due to unknown reasons, while 3 candidates few asked to appear for 2nd round of telephonic interview and others were judged based on 1st interview round itself. Finally, next day final selection list were declared, completing 25 days from Aptitude round !
