I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Beijing, Beijing) in Dec 2018
Interview
There were four rounds of interviews. First round was telephone interview with a HR, which was quite relaxing. I was asked when I could be on boad and where I prefer to be based. The second round with a team member of which I would like to join, I was basically asked my past experience, motivation in applying for the job, etc. No hard questions. The third round with two team leaders (i.e. senior consultants) in the team, they gave me a case to solve and tested me basic knowledge about RWE. The fourth round, the final one was conducted with the senior partner, basically it was a chat, very relaxing. Overall, I found the interviews were professional but not hush!
