I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQVIA (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had an informational call with her that was pleasant and went well. She sent me more details on the job, and requested I complete a questionnaire that asked about past work experience, salary expectations, education, etc. I prioritized getting my responses back at a quick turnaround, but heard nothing, despite following up twice. I found it rude/unprofessional that they would reach out to potential candidates only to fail to follow up with a polite declination if they didn’t want to move forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you needed to establish yourself as a leader.
I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
