The hire procedure was quick from phone screen to interview to offer. The interview was competency based with scenario questions. There was time to discuss experience and generally talk about expectations of the role and vice versa.

Was quite smooth. few rounds, as usual questions and queries. HR took a lot of time and multiple follow ups to come back each time. May be they were overloaded and understaffed. Finally got the offer but HR team can improve
