Interviewed with line manager and HR during phone screen and was asked some technical questions and then had a conversation about the role.
In person interview started with describing the role, then a couple shorter sessions with the founders who asked some technical questions, a tour of the office and introduction to their technology, and final follow up with HR. Their technology is extremely cool. Interview was relaxed, friendly.
I really appreciated how they were open and honest about past challenges in the company and how they are moving in a positive direction.
