I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IPSEN (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
About 6 interviews (screening, HR, Hiring manager, case study, and other coworkers). Flexible in terms of timing, they were able to speed things up in my situation. Most of the interviews are about previous experiences and fit, with one case study which was very interesting.
Very smooth and straightforward process - all steps were clear and the whole process took 6-7 weeks in total with good communication throughout. Interviewers were friendly, respectful and all conversations were pleasant and engaging.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IPSEN (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
I thought I was a back-up candidate as the recruiter did not schedule the 3rd interview with the VP until I followed up 3 weeks after the second in-person interview with the hiring manager. The VP was late in the interview and told me she did not read my resume. I felt she was not interested in me and I probably did not answer what she was looking for. At the end of the interview, she mentioned that would be the final interview then she changed by saying there might be another interview as the next step. The whole experience made me think the top candidate declined the offer, but the next runner-up might have got the job. The entire process lasted for 3 months.

4 month long process from beginning to end, including 4 rounds of interview with 6 total interviews and a month and a half between rounds 3 and 4 with no contact from the company and no feedback after 3rd round despite candidate follow-up.
