The interview process was very good. It had multiple stages, 2 interviewers, both asked about the background and motivation for application. The interview lasted for roughly 45 minutes. the results are communicated within 5 days over a phone call.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at INSEAD (Fontainebleau) in May 2025
Interview
I applied online, and was contacted initially by the human resources agent who asked the initial selection, then I had a meeting with the hiring manager who asked me more details related to the job I was applying too, it was a nice discussion.
I applied online. I interviewed at INSEAD (Singapore) in Jan 2024
Interview
3 rounds of interview. On the third interview asked me to bring laptop with no reason why. Told me it was administrative and it was a 6 months contract support role. After speaking to the big boss he was very kind. Then suddenly asked me to create a powerpoint presentation of myself. When the job never described that the role meant you would be making pitch decks. Spent 30 mins on 4 slides. Then brought to a room with 6 other people. And all of them started to provide feedback on my presentation. Down to font type and colours chosen. It felt really weird for a contract support role. They didnt hire me but a few months later after I got a managerial role with almost 2x pay they asked if I was still interested in the role. Felt like a really strange experience.
