I applied online. I interviewed at INSCALE (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2026
Interview
One of the worst interview processes I have experienced here.
The day after I applied, someone from HR texted me and asked for a quick meeting. The next day, she didn’t show up. After one week, she came back and said, “Oh sorry, I overlooked it. Can you do this test, and then we can have a call?”
I completed the test, and she said I got a very good result. Then she said, “Let’s have a call.” Again, she didn’t show up on time and joined 10 minutes late, saying, “Sorry, sorry.” Then she ended the call after only 15 minutes.
Two days later, she rejected me.
Wait, what? Are you sure you have the right person in HR? Awful experience.

Question 1
Just asked simple question in test they asked about OOP, Cleancode and spring boot
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at INSCALE (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2025
Interview
The whole process was very smooth from initial phone call screening to physical office interview. The on-site interview can be a bit challenging since you'll be facing 3 interviewers but nothing too tensed. Overall vibe was good. Had white board test as well, nothing too crazy but probably they want to see how you solve problem under pressure. Pretty good experience overall I would say.

Interview
Interview process is smooth. But in technical interview, they ask mostly theoretical questions. That questions the technical capabilities of the technical team. When you ask 4 pillars of OOP to a 5 years of experienced developer and in the end you reject the candidate giving the reason for not having enough experience, doesn’t make any sense at all. I think they should change their approach.
