Team style interviews with multiple people at the same time. A little nerve wracking but a good way to meet the staff I'd be working with remotely everyday. There were a total of 3 seperate interviews. First over the phone, then in person with 4 people in the room and 2 on the phone, then a final with the VP and another staff member. The first in person interview was the longest and most difficult because there were so many people involved. It was intimidating.
