Interview process was arranged by the HR and consist of 2 rounds, 1 with the Analyst/VP and 1 with the MDs. Interview was mostly about current affairs and recent market events and movers

Where do you think the rates will be going and how will it affect the products on the desk
Interview that was mostly focused on fit, with some questions about commercial awareness. The people there were really kind and made the process run smoothly. The waiting time might depend on the role.
One video call just to e-meet, not technical questions just about me as a person then afterwards an in person interview similar to the video call no technical questions at all

Interview
