I was reached out for an in-person interview. However, plans changed and someone they recently hired ended up interviewing me. Found this very unprofessional and an unfair way of hiring someone for both parties.

Interview
I was asked to come in for an interview and meet with Brooke. Upon interviewing she told me that management was concerned with having too many women on the team and they were looking for a younger, technical male. THIS IS NOT OK!
A co-worker of mine then interviewed for the same role and she told her the same thing! Then pointed to a younger back man walking by and said "we may was well hire that guy".
You do NOT want to work for this woman. HQ should be ashamed of what she's said to applicants.
