Friendly interviewers with representatives from the department and HR. Meant to share more about yourself, no technical questions were asked or tested. Overall, it was an enjoyable process and not too tough.

Interview
Had a video call with HR, potential supervisors and other team leads. They were upfront with the job requirements, emotional capacity needed etc. Friendly and engaging. Also asked about potential stressors, personal experiences that may impact job ability
Interviewers were nice and friendly. Asked about work experience and how to respond to certain hypothetical situations, such as handling difficult patients, managing caseload and managing stress level and others.
