First Cover letter was sent then was asked to come in for 3 interviews: one with HR, one with our Head of Operations and one with two team members that have had a lot of experience in the role. They were all very nice, easy to talk to, comfortable environment. Just talking about past experiences in event management, challenges you've faced, how you solved a problem, how you work with different cultures etc. After I left and they said they would contact me should I get the job, I got the reply within 1 week.
