Recruitment process had three rounds which consists of HR screening, interview with head trader and case study. Finished interview with head trader but HR went radio silent for over two weeks. HR calls back to say they went with PhD graduates when it was not an explicit requirement in the job description. Feels like they made up requirements as they went along so it just made the process sloppy and distasteful to participate in.
