Interview
The process was quick. First you play a game that assesses your traits, then you will be asked to do a video interview containing 12 questions (5 behavioral, 7 technical questions). I found this step pretty challenging. Then you’ll do a behavioral phone interview, followed by a technical interview, and if you pass all of which, you will be invited to attend their Superday. Behavioral interview was standard, with questions about taking risk, problem solving, what do IMC traders do and why IMC.

Interview
I applied for the trader position after I had finished the business course. I got to the fore last round, which included two probability brain teasers and a market-making game. I was not asked for the last round, as they said they had a hiring freeze.
