I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Trading
Interview
First, I was supposed to complete a Neurolympics online test (testing cognitive performance) and an hour long maths/probability online test. After that, I was invited for a self recording interview, which took only 10 minutes and consisted of one motivational and one technical question. Afterwards, I was invited for a Skype interview, which lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of behavioural questions, option pricing questions, couple of math/probability questions and a market making game. I was rejected after the interview, probably due to being slow on the maths questions and not being properly prepared for the options theory.

Interview
Took OA in September and heard back after a month. Did behavioral screen, technical, then superday which consisted of two technicals and one behavioral. Overall chill process and smooth for me. Interviewers were pleasant and willing to help.
