There was an elevator in a tall building. The elevator runs on one of two algorithms: it goes to the closest floor that requested it or the first floor that requested it.
3 rounds, market making, quant, fit/personality/HR. Market making round they made us play a game and assessed how we quoted bid/asks, spread and asked to explain why. Quant round was standard, probability and puzzles, with added constraints/variants.
