ILO interview questions

Received an email about an internship opening up after having applied to a different intern position earlier that year. The process only included the email with an invitation for an interview and a request for a reference. The interview lasted maybe about 20 minutes. Soon after I got offered the internship.

One hour interview with manager, which covered an introduction, questions on motivation, as well as questions around key competencies (e.g. providing an example of managing a project etc.), as well as sector-specific questions.
