I wasn't an employee referral, so I applied online. About 2-4 weeks later I got a call for a phone interview done by an HR rep at their corporate US office. About a month after that, I recieved a call from one of the managers and set up an interview to meet for the first time. The meeting wasn't for 2 more weeks. When I had the first interview, it went well, they asked all the run-of-the-mill questions, nothing crazy. I then got called by another manager, for another interview, but it was also considered a first interview because it was for another department. He didn't know I had already gone in, once he found out I was taken(?) I didn't hear from him again. I got a second interview about 2 weeks after my first one, and it was the exact same set of questions, except this time with another manager in the room to get the scope of me or something, I don't really know. At the end of this second interview, I was told I'd be called either way. When I got the call a few days later, I was asked to come in to take a drug test. So I went in for that and it took maybe 2 more weeks to come back, so THEN I could finally work. It honestly took like 3 months or more to go from application to being given a uniform. I don't recommend applying if you need something asap unless you know someone who works there and will refer you. I don't know if all managers hire this slowly. They shouldn't, we're continuously understaffed, so...
