The interview was quite straightforward. I was asked about my previous experience then was asked a series of questions based on the eight IKEA key values. I was then asked a few scenario-based questions.

Group activity with around 16 other people. Asking us to deal with a situation that accesses our team work skills and then 1 to 1 interview with one of the 5 interviewers
Good process wasn’t hard and felt at ease. Make sure to be sociable and polite and you’ll do well. I would apply again but I turned the job down as I had another offer
