Situational Questions, interview with two managers, friendly and good atmosphere, easy to talk with, answered situational questions, did phone interview first, then first and second interview, then back check, references checks etc.

Very good, and responsive recruiter. The process was well done and on track. Everyone was responsive in a timely fashion. Pleasantly surprised. Met with a re recruiter and then with 2 managers. Next will apparently be a country manager.

Interview
Everything is routed through a corporate recruiter which causes a bit of a disconnect from the actual operation. First a phone screen with the recruiter. Next an in-store interview with the hiring manager. Seems like a good place to work, low turnover and good benefits.
