Hiring Manager Round: Got invited for hiring manager round after my resume got shortlisted. Pleasant discussion all questions were behavioural questions. Learn about ikea and its values.
Engineering Manager: Second round of interview. 45 minutes discussion where he asked about my skills and experience along with some behavioural questions and my interests. No technical questions.
Technical Assessment: offline tech assignment to build warehouse application for product management.
Technical Discussion: I heard that the discussion would be based on the solution I implemented in the assignment. But they asked very vague random questions. It was more like a stress interview. Few tech questions to check our general understanding.
Grand parent Interview: 30 mins interview with senior manager. Lot of behavioural questions and two general tech questions.
Follow up discussion with Engineering Manager: Follow up interview was scheduled for follow up discussion but it got canceled last minute and got the offer after two days.

The technical challenge was way harder than other companies. The recruiter was nice and great with communication. I didn't move forward due to having too much difficulty with the technical challenge.
