Interviwed by HR person and head of the department of job applied for. Very friendly and relaxing interviewers, ( don't relax too much! ). General questions worded in a ways to understand you and what type of person you are.

Interview
First, I had to complete an initial screening interview on-site. The person who interviewed me did not even show up, so I needed to wait 45 min until someone filled in to interview me. The interviewer was not in the mood to interview me at all and asked very difficult questions.
