Interview
Had an initial interview with main manager (shopkeeper). Second interview was with another manager (HR generalist), laid back interview, took a while to from the point of getting the job to first start date.
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
