Interview
It was a 2 hours long group interview. 5 candidates were interviewed simultaneously for similar positions. It was successful, well planned, and correct. Very nice recruiters and some other IKEA professionals helped us. It was an easy and comfortable intreview situation I liked it.

Via telefono, molto accogliente e preciso. Unica cosa che bisogna fare un test iniziale con la creazione di una moodboard, anche se si manda un portfolio di lavori ricco di esperienza.
