The pre-screen process consists of an interview... but after the interview, BEFORE knowing if you get the job, you are sent to a medical lab to have you drug tested. That's right, they want your blood to inspect your lifestyle from the inside. Not only that, but when I arrived to the lab, I had to give a large sample of hair. Now, for a minimum wage job, I have a bad hole in my hair just to get a chance to get to work for Ikea. While peeing on my fingers to give the urine sample, I had second thoughts. For minimum wage, I could do literally anything else.
