Interview
The Interview was very comfortable. I felt welcome and I didn't feel rushed when I needed to think of some answers to questions. The interviewer was not only patient but was also a good listener.

What would you do if you saw a coworker struggling to help an unsatisfied customer.
Fueron varias etapas, la última tienes que hacer una entrevista grupal donde te plantean un caso de una familia y tienes un presupuesto con el que venderle. Después está la fase de entrevista personal. Mi recomendación es que se te escuche en la dinámica grupal pero no te pongas por encima de nadie quieren ver también como interactúas con los compañeros

Fast, professional and extremely insightful.
Got the call the same day as applying, and the woman I spoke to was super nice. Arranged the face to face interview over the weekend.
It was a long process after applying online: 3 interviews, and then they decide what department you are good to go to. Then they call you with an offer after 4 days. Once you accept, you get on a guide class. where you meet people from different departments.
