4 rounds, first with HR 30 min checking cultural fit/values, 2nd round with hiring manager as an open discussion about your background and main responabilities for the role, 3rd round with the team members for technical discussion, 4th round with the hiring manager's manager. After the 3rd round I was ghosted...even though I chased the HR partner twice. Quite a disappointing outcome as I genuinely enjoyed the conversations and was excited about the role, also chose the company because of their culture, but sadly, they ghosted me, which didn't follow their own company values
