Interview
They asked me a couple for questions about customer satisfaction and scenarios of what I would do in certain customer situations. I had two managers asking me various questions of the job role.
Easy and approachable. Didn’t ask too many questions. Asked about my previous education from school and college and other. Asked about my previous jobs that I worked in and my previous roles.
Group, selection then group interview was quick and efficient. A little daunting when you never done and interview like this. Same day did a one-on-one interview it was good way to ease into the one-on-one interview.
Niet meer dan een gesprek met twee managers waarin vragen werden gesteld, in dit gesprek werd duidelijke dat er een match was waarbij ik meteen aan werd genomen. De sfeer was erg aangenaam en niet te strak.
