Usually after 1st interview, they'll give a "test" to produce a design look or something to test whether u can handle the job's task. is typical for most positions unless delivery.. not sure. but i did find out, that they have staff perks which includes employee discounts even at ikea restaurant (because YAY for meatballs), etc. office was nice
