Applied for the position in London, UK. Heard back with a pymetrics test. After passing it I was contacted by the recruiter after approx. 1 month for the virtual interview. I would say it was a waste of time. There were 3 people who took the interview and gave me a coding question to solve - Q: Combine Anagrams. I solved it within few minutes with the most optimal solution. The interview went absolutely rocking. They were highly impressed with the time complexity and also stated that this is the best solution we have so far come across.
After few hours, heard back from the recruiter that I have not been selected because I don't have experience in C# language. This is so dissapointing and unprofessional. If I don't have experience in a programming language then why you conducted my interview!! You already had my CV and can see where my experience lies.
Poor experience. Not recommended.
