Interview process was very confusing, I was called for 4 rounds on campus including telephonic one. I was never told with results after each round until and unless I was sending a follow up email after a week. It was most frustrating experience of my life, as they were just interested in taking round after round just for increasing number of my visits. They don’t know what they want from a candidate and do not have a standard process to hire people. Folks I met were pretty friendly and nice, asked some standard questions but each time all questions were similar like they don’t have coordination.
